CareSource is a nonprofit Medicaid & Medicare managed health care plan that has been serving consumers in Ohio for more than 18 years. We provide services through a contract with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
Currently, through our state contracts, we serve more than 600,000 Medicaid members in Ohio.
CareSource Advantage is a special needs health care plan committed to helping you get the care you need. CareSource Advantage is a plan for those who are eligible for Medicare Part A and Part B, as well as Medicaid.
CareSource Advantage is a Health plan with a Medicare contract that is available in 17 Ohio Counties:
Butler, Cuyahoga, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Lorain, Lucas, Madison, Mahoning, Medina, Montgomery, Stark, Summit, Trumbull, Warren, Wood
